
Francesca Ranzanici Ciresais active as a lawyer and consultant in the fields of family law and social insurance law. She obtained a PhD on the topic of cohabitation in Swiss law. She is the author of the volume « Le concubinage en droit suisse. Exemples de conventions s’appliquant aux communautés de vie non maritales », the book « La protection de la partie faible dans la communauté de vie non maritale » and various articles. She regularly gives lectures for lawyers and professionals in the field, contributing to academic debate on the subjects in which she specializes. She is co-founder of the informational blog on family law in Switzerland FamilyLegal.ch.
Francesca Ranzanici Ciresa firmly believes in a comprehensive approach to legal planning in matters of assets and family. Her mission is to take the client by the hand and guide them with discretion and empathy, helping them to plan and organize effectively the legal issues related to the family and insurance sphere, preventing potential problems and addressing with tact and determination any unforeseen events and conflicts.
She previously obtained a degree in humanities from the University of Fribourg and later studied law at the Universities of Geneva and Basel, obtaining the bilingual Master’s degree in civil and criminal law in 2011. During and after her studies, she worked in academia as a research and teaching assistant at the Universities of Geneva and Lucerne. In 2014 she obtained the attorney’s license.

She is married and has two daughters. In her free time she enjoys photography, decoration, and cooking.
